Center Point has indicated that more than 99.9 percent of its customers have power and regular electrical service. - Deployment of frontline electrical workers: Center Point crews and local contractors will continue to respond to the impacts of the winter storm and restore power to customers. On Tuesday, Center Point released the joint auxiliaries home.
- Supporting local communities with temporary generation of temporary heating centers: Deployment of four small temporary generation units to provide power to district heating centers in cold temperatures.
- Keeping customers informed: Share security and preparedness information and resources with CenterPoint customers through direct messaging, social media and other platforms.
- Contacting Critical Care Clients: Contacting identified critical care residential and chronic condition residential electrical customers via email, phone and/or text.
