Leaving only survivingThe flight bound to the Ahmedabad Gatwick Airport crashed shortly after the take -off, killing 242 passengers on board and 19 others on Earth.

The court stated that it was “irresponsible” to the aviation power to propose through leaks to the media that the pilot error caused the disaster.

He called on the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the government’s response before he was filed in a case brought by activists requiring an independent investigation.

The court stated that the way the aviation authority released its preliminary report on the Boeing Dreamliner crash was “electoral and in parts”.

The preliminary report published The AAIB accident investigation bureau in July said that the delivery of engine fuel was cut only seconds after departure.

The report also says one of the pilots heard the other “why he cut off” in a record of a voice cockpit, and another pilot replied that he did not.

The recording does not clarify who said what. During the take -off, the pilot flew the plane as the captain was watching.

However, the findings of the report were challenged by the Aviation Safety Safety Foundation, which calls for an independent investigation into the crash.

At a hearing that oversees the petition of the aviation safety group, one of the judges of the Supreme Court of India said the proposals that pilots deliberately exclude fuel supply were “very pathetic and irresponsibly”.

The crash has left many to question the safety of India’s airspace.

The same month, DGCA revealed 51 Air India safety disorders in the previous yearas part of its annual audit of airlines in the country.

The families of four passengers who died on the plane filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of Boeing plans and the manufacturer of Honeywell aircraft, accusing companies of negligence.

The lawsuit accused companies of doing nothing, even though they were aware of the risks of the aircraft design.
