At least three people have died after a bus crash in Norway

At least three people have died in a bus crash in Norway, state media reported.

The incident happened around 13:30 local time (12:30 GMT) in the Hadsel district on the northwest coast of the country.

The bus went off the road and ended up partially in a body of water, according to public broadcaster NRK.

Dozens of people are believed to have been traveling on the bus at the time of the crash.

The Norwegian Red Cross said on social media that it was sending teams to help with a “serious bus accident” on the E10 road.
