Coconut and pineapple smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup (40g) rolled oat
  • 6.7 ounces (200ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (100g) frozen pineapple pieces
  • 2 tbsp (10g) unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/8 cup (15g) chopped pecans

Direction

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix while smooth and creamy. Add additional oat and ice cubes for the thick texture, and then re-combine while combining well.
