SELECT YOUR FAST DURATION GOAL

Not sure where to start? Each 24-hour period has a fasting window and an eating window. You will choose one of three fasting patterns depending on your lifestyle or goals. Fast for 12, 14 or 16 hours. During fasting, try to stick to calorie-free drinks like water, coffee and tea. During meals, enjoy regular meals and make sure you hit your protein goal. And don’t worry, you can change your post pattern at any time.

The choice is yours.

START AND STOP YOUR SPEED ON DEMAND

While it’s ideal to have consistent start and end times for fasting, we understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan (1). It is completely up to you when you want to start and stop your fast.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS EASILY

You can view the Intermittent Fasting Tracker in the More menu. You can also log meals, exercise and hydration in the same app for more comprehensive tracking. This makes tracking your progress even easier.

NEVER FORGET TO FAST

Forgot to start the timer? Not a problem. Make sure you accurately record every minute of your post with the ability to change the start and end times. Forgot to track your post completely? And we’ve got that covered—simply manually make a quick note of any days you’ve forgotten to track.
