How an immigration raid on an apartment block was deployed in Chicago

Residents of an apartment block in Chicago, which was targeted at an attack on suspected illegal immigrants, described to see armed agents in the corridors and a helicopter landing on the roof of the building. A resident born in the US told the BBC to check that his hands were tied with a zipper by employees before being released.

The Ministry of Interior Security, which released dramatic staff of the attack, said 37 “illegal aliens” were arrested, including suspect members of the gang.

BBC Cerify’s Nick Bake talks to people living in the block and tries to gather how the operation develops.
