Ford founded Sterler Solutions in 1, which launched initiatives like the global expansion and Sterler Solution Foundation and Quicfinder Human Research and Development Program. Its awards include the Baldridge Foundation and the National Association of Women’s Business Owners, Lifetime Achievement Honors and Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fames from the Ernst and Young Enterprinor of the Year. He received a space engineering degree from Notre Dame and Stanford.
