First lady Melania Trump says Russian President Vladimir Putin responded to her letter of concern about the victims of the victims of the child victims of war in Russia-Ukraine.

She made a message on Friday, saying that after a “open communication channel” with Putin, Ukrainian children displaced in the war were gathered with families.

The first lady’s “Peace Letter” was handed over to Putin during his visit to Alaska in August.

President Donald Trump shared parts of the letter on social media. In it, the first lady is praying with Putin to protect children by writing that he will “do more than that he will serve only Russia” and “will serve humanity itself.”

“Eight children have joined their families again in the last 24 hours,” said Gia Trump, surrounded by American flags behind a White House podium.

“Every child lived in turmoil because of the war in Ukraine.”

Of the eight children, the first lady said that three, separated from their families, were displaced in Russia because of the fight against the first line.

Another young girl, displaced by the conflict, has now been returned from Ukraine to Russia, says Dza Trump.

The union of children with their families was facilitated by both Ukraine and Russia, the first lady said, adding that she had been given a detailed report with photos and “identities and circumstances” of each child.

The US government “confirmed the facts,” she said.

D -ja Trump said she “learned a lot about this” because her letter was first handed over to Putin. She said he answered in writing.

In her letter, the first lady writes: “Every child shares the same quiet dreams in their heart … They dream of love, opportunity and safety from danger.”

The announcement marks a positive development in its intercession for White House children, which began during President Trump’s first term.

It launched the Be Best initiative in January 2021, which the White House describes as a campaign for awareness focused on the well -being of children worldwide.

Earlier this year, the first lady was leading the Congress initiative to adopt a bill prohibiting the revenge porn called the Take It Down Act. After the bill was signed, she said it was “a powerful statement that we are united in protecting the dignity, privacy and safety of our children.”

According to the Ukrainian government, at least 19,500 Ukrainian children were deported and forcibly displaced from their homes to Russia and occupied in Russian territories since February 2022.

Only 1,605 have so far been home so far, according to the Government of the War Government, external.

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Commissioner for the Rights of his children Maria Lvova-Belova in 2023 for the alleged illegal deportation of children.

Russia denies the prosecution and says it has protected the children by moving them from a war zone for their safety.
