Philippine anti -corruption protests become violent

Police and anti -corruption protesters collided across the streets of the Philippine capital Manila on Sunday, with videos showing a number of protesters.

Protesters say the funds appointed as flood control projects have been incorrectly managed. An unusually fierce monsoon has derailed daily than ever in the Southeast Asian nation.

Angry monitoring was seen on Tiktok, Facebook and X, where the Philippines are missed against legislators and construction tycoon, which they claim to win contracts for “ghost” projects that never take place.
