Fortunately, we have a proto-packed pizza cookie that tastes just as good as it sounds. It is your favorite restaurant running dessert, made only with less sugar and much more proteins.

Although the dessert of this size could look like indulgent, sometimes you only want a cookie for deep dishes – and that’s completely fine!

This cookie pizza is made with weak caloric sweeteners such as monk fruit or stevia, along with sugar-free maple. Monk Fruit is high in antioxidants and can help in blood glucose regulation, Stevia has a low glycomy index, and maple syrup can have properties fight against cancer (1).

When you select the protein powder for this dessert with deep dishes, select Whey version that is your favorite best. In our video, we chose Vanilla!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Nefat Plain Yogurt
  • â…“ Cup Monk Fruit or Stevia
  • 2 tbsp Sugar no-sugar syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp (60g) Protein spells powder
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips without sugar
  • 1 Tbsp PBFIT

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Stir in all ingredients.
  3. Put the dough in a small pan (6 inches), then put in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Once remove, let the pizza cook cool a little, then add an optional spoon of ice cream on top. Enjoy!
