Recognition of the State to “award the Palestinian People”

Iraq President Abdul Latif Rashid told Tom Bateman to the BBC that he rejected the idea that the recognition of Palestine’s state rewarded Hamas.

France officially acknowledged the Palestinian country on Monday, joining other countries such as the UK, a port, Canada and Australia.

International pressure is rising on Israel because of the unfolding humanitarian crisis in the gas and the building of the settlements on the west coast.
