Shipping containers swept away by deadly floods in the Philippines

Heavy flooding in Cebu province, Philippines lifted and rolled up shipping containers on November 4.

At least one person died and residents were forced to seek shelter from high water on roofs.

Ahead of Typhoon Kalmaegi, the Civil Protection Office said “nearly 150,000” people had been evacuated.
