Our team is constantly impressed with our LSF community. All the women in this community worked their asses off and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this six week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were AMAZING!

It’s time to praise our SSD24 winners! These inspiring women not only have amazing transformation photos, but they also have the most amazing stories!

GRAND PRIZE WINNER

Allison’s Story:

“I’ve always struggled with my confidence. When I took my before photos, I was in tears looking at them. I was at my heaviest (pregnancy included). I didn’t recognize my body and he knew it was time to get serious and get down.

I knew that I could no longer make excuses, that I had to change for the sake of myself and my future health. So I followed Move App exercises, completing each of them. I joined the SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas accountability group. Remains dedicated to monitoring 7-day weight loss & HBMPand followed a 40-day sugar fast with her sister.

I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. So many encouraging women in the LSF community kept me going! Meal plans help take the planning and guesswork out of it. And I think that was the key to my success.

Not only did I get physically stronger, but I gained confidence! Since 2020, I have been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal problems. Since changing my diet and moving my body, I have never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is MUCH better, I have incredible amounts of energy (I wake up at 5:30), and the dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to getting me back.”

Natalie’s story:

“I gained 35+ lbs in my late thirties and hated every little thing about my body. I found it extremely challenging to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction in which to change. I was tired. Tired of I feel tired, tired of not leaving the house because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day.

In just 6 weeks I gained a confidence I never knew I had, I found a new happiness to get up early in the morning, I gained insight into my body and what it can do, I gained a new relationship with food and learned how to nourish my body , I’ve gained a community of so much support, love and encouragement, not to mention I’ve lost 9lbs and my clothes fit so much better!

For me, this is just the beginning! I’m committed to being the best I’ve ever been and I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank for that. I am so grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for more to come! Good things come to those who sweat!”

Jessica’s story:

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to hold myself accountable to committing to work with move the application every day and closely monitoring HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge so I started #teamlsfslay and these women have been amazing in motivating and sharing support during the challenge. I don’t think I could stay as consistent without them! This challenge got me into the habit of exercising and eating right.”

PINK HEART RECIPIENT

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only stayed committed to her own fitness journey, but was extremely encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf babies! Each challenge we ask members to send people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

selena – Lost 11 pounds

“I’ve lost 17 kilos since I started Feel Good 14 challenge(11 of which I’ve lost since starting SSD).

I stuck to the meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are healing better nutritionally.

While it all seems incredible, this challenge had a lot less to do with achieving my weight loss goals and more to do with cheering on the LSF girls who have cheered me on every past challenge.

My why is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or don’t get encouragement from people in their lives, and maybe even stomp on their dreams.”

MEMBER SPOTLIGHTS

We received so many amazing entries for this challenge that it was nearly impossible to just highlight our grand prize winner, runner-up, and pink heart recipient. We wanted to give a shout out to these amazing members who also had crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!

Eunice Lopez – (Eunlop03_lsf)

Lost: 5 lbs

“I decided to make a change/adjustment if you will, to regulate my exercise time and sleep cycle. I started coming home for lunch to make healthy meals at home and packed my workout clothes to take with me to change into after work at going straight to the gym instead of at home helped me start earlier which makes me eat dinner earlier and then ended up sleeping more and I noticed a difference in my body and I can see that my body getting sculpted, toned, leaner!”

Lost: 11 lbs

“I committed myself fully to SSD and worked on my physical health but more importantly my mental health and it helped my physical health even more. This challenge was my first time using meal plans and I loved them It was great to have a quick, simple and effective plan laid out in front of me (just like Move application for my exercises) so I wasn’t always thinking about what to make for meals! I even found a few new favorites (salmon and Greek yogurt) that were before HBMP I didn’t know I liked it so much.

There will always be challenges, but I’ve taken it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am so grateful to the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. That’s what I love about these challenges – we do it together!

The biggest win of SSD is that I FINALLY got into a rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I’ve been trying to get it to work for a long time and this time it actually stuck! Well done! I showed up every day and made small changes that added up and I’m proud of my effort and results.”

Lost: 7 pounds

“I’ve been on a few of your challenges and I feel like this is the one that’s changed me the most. This time I did the Warm Body Meal Plan and I feel like I’ve been able to transform my idea of ​​healthy eating and set some real healthy habits for myself, i have managed to lose 6.5 pounds so far and since using this app i have lost 23 pounds!
