Brendan has a diverse M&A and corporate finance background, having spent time there. Cenovus Energy Inc (NYSE: ) and Desjardins Capital Markets Energy Investment Banking Group earlier in its career. Mr. Dowhaniuk received his master’s degree from University of Albertaand his undergraduate degree from University of Calgary.
