China has officially opened the highest bridge in the world in the world for the public.
The Grand Canyon Bridge Huajiang rises to 625 m (2,050 feet) above the Gaizou province in the country.
Authorities say it is reducing travel time between the two sides of the canyon from two hours to two minutes.
Earlier this year, in August, a test team drove 96 trucks to certain points to test the structural integrity of the bridge.
The bridge has already set the record for both the highest bridge in the world as well as for the largest SPAN bridge built in a mountainous area.
