The Valencia Spanish region has been struck by a worse time, a year after deadly floods killed over 230 people there.

A red signal is placed when Storm Gabrielle hits the region. The shots show a flood in parts of Valencia and Zaragoza, in the neighboring Aragon region.

The Aemet meteorological agency said that between 160 and 200 mm rain had fallen six to eight hours around the EBro Delta.

No injuries have been reported, but schools, libraries and parks are closed in Valencia on Monday.
