Donald Trump has asked for an investigation into what he called “triple sabotage” during his visit to the UN General Assembly on Wednesday.

“If one of the UN deliberately stopped the escalator, as the president and the first lady move, they should be fired and investigated immediately,” she wrote after the incident.

Stefan Duzarik, a spokesman for Guterres, said Trump’s video “may inadvertently trigger the safety feature” while shooting the couple.
