And then it talks about progressive overload and it talks about rest days and all that stuff, which is great. And then I was like, “Okay, I don’t know how to lunge. Can you show me how to lunge?” And it presented me with a bunch of videos, five videos.

Michael Calor: Yes, they were YouTube videos. The links were exactly the same, but I watched all the videos and I thought, “Okay, I think I can do a lunge now.” And I did a lunge and I didn’t hurt myself, and I felt the burn.
Lauren Good: It’s actually pretty great.
Michael Calor: yes The strange thing about this is that I did a google search and found the exact same information from a few different places. And aside from the video, I don’t know where Gemini got any of this information. I don’t even know where it got the recipe from. It was all presented to me as, “It says Gemini.”

Michael Calor: No sourcing. And I tapped into everything, and I didn’t see any good sourcing.
Lauren Good: And maybe people put together those workout plans or wrote about those recipes. And it was published and sorry, but infinite bits of your data are now being harvested and added to some recipe and you have no idea where it came from.

Michael Calor: So I’ve got to say that, for me, as a person who understands myself and understands my own needs, it really wasn’t that big of a help. The workout was excellent. I could have found this without the Gemini 2.O, but if anyone is new to it or has a lot of questions, or if anyone is considering this kind of lifestyle change, it actually has some pretty good advice.
