From chocolate treats to imaginative meals, different parts of the world celebrate Valentine’s Day in their unique ways.
This blog dives in the movement of food found in MyFitnessPal data on food, showing how people from different cultures celebrate food with food.
Our team of business intelligence on MyFitnessPalu watched food entries from 2020. January to this day.
They focused on the countries in which 14. February celebrates and compare food troops on regular daily entries. * This helped identify foods that see the largest spikes during Valentine’s Day celebrations.
Based on these data, here are countries in which we have found notable valentine food trends.
Not surprisingly, Valentine’s food logs showed the focus on indulgence.
