Ever have those days that your digestion feels off And you just feel … blah?
Not sick, not superflated … just kind of swollen, slow, not alone?
I was completely there, and I found that As I eat those days can make such difference.
Morning:
I start my day with my coffee balancing mix (I always add Miss Congeniality Mood Boost – It’s a staple in my routine). I keep breakfast super simple: protein smoothie or eggs + sour with avocado. Nothing too hard.
Lunch:
I’m going to gently for digested food, usually something like the ground floor of Turkey with Jasmine Rice and roasted ticks. Warm, nourishes and gently on my stomach.

In the afternoon:
I always take my Bloat disappears Before and after a meal on such days, digestive enzymes and plants help reduce the swollenness and support smooth digestion when things feel off. It was a game gearbox for me.
Dinner:
Something like a grilled salmon with baked sweet potatoes and juicy greenery. My goal is for warm, cooked vegetables instead of raw, much easier in digestion.

Bonus Tip:
I skip sparkling water, rubber and raw cross-line vegetables (such as broccoli or kale salad) when I feel excluded. They always Do upstairs.
If you ever feel like your digestion is turned off, try to give the gut a little extra love that day. It doesn’t have to be complicated, only intentionally.
I hope this helps you feel more in accordance with your body.
