5,000-Year-Old Bread Recipe Recreated in Turkey—and Locals Can’t Get Enough

Scientists have discovered an ancient bread recipe in Turkey – and now the local bakery that has re -created it cannot hold on.

About 1,5 years ago It was discovered during an excavation that the settlement of the bronze era under investigation for decades. Significantly preserved bread is being displayed at the Archeological Museum of SKHI from March 25.

Türkiye currently cultivates water-intensive crops like maize and sunflower, but Kavilka is resistant to both wheat drought and disease.
