A few dead after the tourist boat is overcome in Vietnam

Twenty -eight people were killed after a tourist boat was closed in Vietnam in bad weather, according to local reports.

At least 14 people are said to have disappeared after the incident in the Halong Bay, a popular tourist destination in the northern part of the country, the reports said.

Most passengers are reported to have been Vietnamese visiting from Hanoi.

Heavy rain prevents the search for survivors, say the rescuers.
