Palestinian red crescent societyThe Palestin Society Red Crescent (PRCS) has accused the Israeli forces of attacking its headquarters in Gaza, killing one worker and wounded three others.
The humanitarian organization said the attack “caused a fire in the building” in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Describing the attack overnight against the facility in the southern city of Han Enis as “deliberate”, the red crescent said the location of his headquarters was “well known” to the Israeli military and was “clearly marked with the protective red emblem”.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said “there is no” knowledge of neither artillery nor of air strikes “when the BBC asked about the prosecution.
A video shared by the red crescent on social media showed parts of the fire building and filled smoke, while the following photos showed severe damage to the building and several large blood spots.
In a statement, the help agency described the murdered worker as Omar Island and said it was “broken from the heart” because of his death. It says that two other workers were injured, as well as a civilian trying to extinguish the fire.
“It wasn’t a mistake,” the red crescent added. “We are renewing our call for accountability and protection of all humanitarian and medical staff.”
The incident comes as warnings about the humanitarian situation at Gaza Grow. The latest data from the United Nations shows that at least 1373 Palestinians have been killed seeking food since the end of May.
The majority has been Killed by Israeli military near Israeli and US -backed sites for the distribution of the Humanitarian Gaza Foundation (GHF)The UN says. GHF denies the UN figure from at least 859 killed near his objects.
Israel has accused Hamas of inciting chaos near the help centers and saying that his forces do not deliberately fire on civilians.
