A huge jam insect discovered in Australia

A researcher at Australian University has discovered a new “over -price” type of insect sticks in a remote tropical forest in Queensland, Australia.

Professor Angus Emmot identifies the new species of Acrofhylla Alta in the shades of the mountain region of wet tropics in the northeastern part of the country.

The insects are approximately 40 cm long. This specimen weighs 44G, which is “a little smaller than a golf ball,” a statement from James Cook University said.
