Gaza became worse than hell on Earth, according to the chairman of the International Committee of the Red Cross (MCC), Miriana Spolljarik.

Speaking to the BBC International Editor Jeremy Bowen at the MCC headquarters in Geneva, Spolljarich says that what is happening in Gaza surpasses every acceptable legal, moral and humane standard.

She calls on world leaders to do more, to “act now” to help save lives in the territory.

ICRC is an international organization that operates in military zones and has over 300 Gaza employees, most of whom are Palestinians.
