Adobe launches beta version of its Photoshop app on Android

The parts of the images “select tap” can be removed or replaced quickly using the tool, and users get access to a library of free Adobe Stock assets, as well as control levels and mix modes and adjust layers.

Users can get rid of disruption with “spot healing brush” and refine images with “remove” and “clone stamp equipment”. “Object Select” and “Magic Want” features allow users to make more specific selection.

Adobe said it was planned to bring extra power to the app soon.

By bringing Photoshop to mobile, Adobe wants to attract new users, especially young people who are accustomed to using their phones for creative purposes. For those who already use Photoshop, Adobe says the service makes the service more accessible for those who like to work on their phone.

Android on Photoshop (Beta) is now available for a minimum of 6GB RAM with Android 11 or later for the device driven. Adobe notes that 8GB or more is suggested for the best performance.
