Some people killed during an earthquake in Afghanistan had to be buried on a mountain peak, as it was too difficult to cross the terrain and remove their bodies, BBC told the BBC.

More than 800 people were killed in the 6.0 magnitude earthquake in East Afghanistan, which was followed by a 5,2 magnitude quake the next day.

The BBC Baris Yama travels to the Valley of Devagul to see the extent of the devastation and talk to the locals about their experience.
