Andrew Tate brought a lawsuit from ex -girlfriend for alleged sexual assault

Andrew Tate, the controversial figure of social media, faces a new lawsuit by her ex -girlfriend, accusing him of sexual assault, battery and gender violence.

The lawsuit brought by Bryana Stern in Los Angeles describes their relationship in detail and how Tate initially looked like a “dream come true” – but she claims that he became emotionally and physically violent.

He details a violent meeting, which is alleged to have taken place on March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she claims she was attacked and threatened.

In a statement to the BBC, Tate’s lawyer dismissed the allegations and called a “coarse garden” case, accusing Da -ja Stern of equalizing the allegations of “money and attention”.

“Andrew’s legal team stands ready to defend him cruelly in court, where the truth will present this unfounded scheme,” Joseph McBride told the BBC.

McBride also attacked the lawyer of G -Ja Stern Tony Buzby, who represents dozens of casualties who claim that sexual assault against Sean “Didy” rowing, calling him a “low -life feeder”.

The trial comes as Tate continues to face serious legal challenges in many countries.

In 2022, he and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested Romania On charges of forming a criminal organization, such as Andrew Tate is also against charges of rape in the country.

In addition, both brothers are accused of sexual assault in the US and the United Kingdom, although none of them has been convicted of crimes.

The lawsuit describes a model of alleged manipulation and cultivation, which began when D -Ja Stern met for the first time in Romania, where in the summer of 2024.

Tate told Gi Stern that he had taken care of the women he was dating and that he would not have to work if they were together, according to the trial.

Initially, Tate introduced itself as charming, but Da Stern claimed that his behavior quickly turned into humiliation and threatening.

He said he called her as his “property” and submits her to verbal abuse, calling her “idiot”, among other names.

She described an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel, in which he allegedly beats, suffocates, and then threatened to kill her while they had sex – a meeting that she believes begins as a consensus.

“Tate started orally humiliating (the plaintiff), as he routinely did it -but this time it was much worse, more aggressive and more adult,” the lawsuit said.

D -ja Stern said in the complaint that he had hit her in her face and head, and she cried to stop – he claims that at one point the pressure on her neck almost made her lose consciousness.

“Tate has repeatedly told her that if she ever crossed him, he would kill her,” the lawsuit said.

It claims that after the episode, Jia Stern acted as if nothing was wrong with the hope of safely leaving the hotel in the morning.

She later sought medical attention, where a doctor told her that she had “a syndrome after a concussion.”

It is alleged that Tate was sending d -Ja Stern: “If you ever betray me, you will regret it.” The court case states that she waited until she left the country to announce the attack on the law enforcement agencies.

Along with the penalty damage, she says she wants a restrictive order in the court case and hopes that the court will stop “Tate from his model of use and abuse of women.”

The amount for which it is judged is not indicated, but the case asks the court for legal benefits, lawyer and legal costs and any “further relief, as the court may consider it fair and correct”.

After the establishment of the case, Da -ja Stern published a statement in her Instagram account, saying she still loves Tate, despite the accusations she has leveled.

“Honestly, it was difficult for me to accept that I was abused,” she said.

Tate has not yet personally commented on the lawsuit.
