Australian journalist struck by “rubber bullet”

Australian foreign correspondent was affected by what was understood as a rubber bullet while reporting Los Angeles.

Lauren Tomasi of Channel Nine was seen jumping from pain after the incident at which she was hit on her feet on Sunday.

A law enforcement officer can be seen heading to news cameras and shooting the circle before Tomasi is struck.

It comes as protests against immigration attacks in the California city continued for the third day, with vehicles setting fire to robbery.

British news photographer is also filmed In the legs with a non-first-raised bullet, which leads to an emergency surgery.
