Broadcom, TSMC reportedly exploring deals that would split up Intel

Broadcom and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Organization (TSMC) are exploring some of Intel’s participation separately for deals, according to A report in the journal Wall StreetThe

Broadcom is reported to be considering the acquisition of Chip-Disease and marketing business in Intel, and it will seek partner for the company’s manufacturing business, while TSMC is probably looking forward to controlling some of Intel or all the chip plants as part of the investor consortium.
