China offers parents $ 1,500 on an offer to raise births

Shenyang, the city of northeast of Beijing, offers 500 yuan per month to local families with a third child under three years.

Last week, Beijing also called on local authorities to prepare plans for the application of free pre -school education.

Raising a child up to the age of 17 in China cost an average of $ 75,700, the study found.
