Lightning floods in northwestern Pakistan have destroyed homes, dumped vehicles and left widespread destruction.

At least 314 people were killed in Friday floods, with the greater part of the victims being registered in the Pakistani neighborhood of Bunner.

Authorities say Bunner was struck by Cloudburst, a rare phenomenon in which more than 100 mm (4 inches) rain fell in the area within an hour.
