Didy uses glory and violence to abuse women, the test listens

Sean “Didi” Combs uses fame and violence for sexual abuse of women, prosecutors said in opening statements in the process of hip-hop tycoon while rapper’s lawyers defended his lifestyle “Swinger”.

The 55-year-old admitted that he was not guilty of accusations, including racketeering, sex and transport traffic to join prostitution.

The court also heard from the first witnesses of the prosecutors, including a security guard from a hotel in which Mr. Combs sees in a now viral video that beats his ex-girlfriend in 2016.

His testimonies were followed by a man who said Mr. Combs abused his ex-girlfriend during paid sexual meetings with the couple.

After a panel of 12 jurors and six were settled on Monday morning, the government’s lawyers and the Kombs outlined their cases.

Prosecutor Emily Johnson has accused G -n -Combs of using his celebrity status and a “loyal” inner circle of employees to abuse women and manage a criminal endeavor.

She focused on the two central alleged casualties in the case – the ex -girlfriend of G -N -Combs, Cassandra Ventura and another unnamed ex -girlfriend.

Prosecutors told the court that Mr. Combs used violence and threatened Mrs. Ventura’s music career to force her to disagree, humiliating sexual acts with male prostitutes during the so-called “freaks” filmed by Mr. Combs.

The defendant “had the power to ruin her life (d -venture),” said G -John Johnson.

As prosecutors described the allegations against G -N -Combs, he was sitting in a gray sweater and pants with an empty look and his hands folded into his lap.

At the heart of the government’s case is a video of observation, which shows that G -N -Combs beats G -Jz Venture and drags it on the hair in the hallway of a hotel in Los Angeles in 2016.

G -N -Combs’ attorneys said the video was evidence of the “insufficient” character of the Combs, but not of a more crime company. “Domestic violence is not a trafficking in sex,” says Teni Geragos, a lawyer of G -N -Combs.

G -Je Geragos said that G -N -Combs had a “slightly different sex life” -and directed the focus to the women who accuse him, calling them “capable, strong women” who chose to stay with the rapper.

They had “the freedom to make the choice they made,” argued by G -Jehgos.

The first witness to the prosecutors, a former security guard named Israel Flores, works at the hotel, the scene of the observation video showing that Mr. Combs are attacking his ex-girlfriend. The video that CNN released last year is played for jurors on Monday.

G -N Flores told the jurors this morning on March 5, 2016 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles that he called for a “woman in trouble” on the sixth floor.

He said he had found G -N Kombs there in a towel, tilted in a chair with a “devilish” look on his face and a broken vase on the floor. D -Ventura was sitting in the corner with a covered face, said G -n Flores.

Flores told prosecutors that Da -Ventura continues to tell that she wanted to leave, but G -N -Combs told her she couldn’t.

He testified that Da Ventura had a purple eye, but did not want to call the police and eventually she left in a black SUV.

D, Flores claims that later, to “make him disappear”, G -n -Combs tried to give him a pack of money, but he refused.

G -N -Combs attorneys tried to break holes in the allegations of G -n Flores, asking why he did not include certain details -such as the purple eye of the d -Ventura -in a report on an incident he submitted afterwards.

His testimony was followed by Daniel Philip, a former manager of male strippers, who said he met with G -N -Kombs and D -Ventura after his boss asked him to fill himself as a stripper for a bachelor party.

But, said G -n Philip, he was greeted at a hotel instead of G -Ja Ventura, who told him it was her birthday and her husband wanted to give her a gift.

Philip told the court that he would continue to have sex with the d -Venture several times -meetings lasted 10 hours, sometimes under the influence of drugs -as G -Kombs watches and filmed.

He claims that he has witnessed that G -N -Combs are attacking D -Venture at least twice, including once he dragged her to her hair as she screamed “I’m sorry.”

Then G -N -Combs returned to the room with Da Ventura and asked the two to have sex again in front of him, said G -n Philip.

“I was shocked,” he said. “I came out of nowhere. I was terrible.”

Philip claims to the podium that he did not call the police for fear that G -N -Combs is “someone with unlimited power” and that he can “lose his life” to report it.

The process is envisaged to continue on Tuesday, when it is expected to testify.

In the crowded courtroom on Monday, the children of G -N -Combs – including his daughters – were seen holding hands. His mother was also filmed, leaving the court with his publicist.
