The director of US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) remains in heated opposition to the Trump administration after the White House announced that it was fired.

Susan Monres – who has only been working for a month – refusing to “indifferent, reckless directives” and accused the healthcare secretary Robert F Kennedy, Jr. in “Arms Public Health,” according to her lawyers.

Her lawyer insisted that the dismissal of Dr Monres was not legal and only President Donald Trump – not White House officials – could remove it.

The reason for her removal was that she was not brought to the president’s agenda, “the White House statement said.

At least three senior CDC leaders resigned from the agency, some ceded to dissatisfaction with the vaccine policy and Kennedy’s leadership, also known as RFK JR.

Among them was Chief Medical Officer Debra Hori, who warned of the “rise of misinformation” about vaccines in a letter seen by BBC News CBS News. She also argues against the planned abbreviations of the agency’s budget.

A longtime scientist from the Federal Government, Dr. Monres, was nominated by President Donald Trump to lead the CDC and was confirmed in a vote in the Senate on party lines in July.

Her nomination followed that Trump withdrew his first choice, the former Republican Congressman Dave Weldon, who fell under his opinion on vaccines and autism.

On Wednesday, Monres’ lawyers issued a statement stating that she had chosen “Public Protection because of the service of a political agenda”.

The White House statement announcing the termination of her post said: “Since her lawyer’s statement became clear, Susan Monres was not brought to the president’s agenda.”

On Thursday, Kennedy told Fox News that the CDC leadership “must complete Trump’s agenda.”

CDC, he added, “is in difficulty, must be fixed.”

The New York Times reports that she is contrary to KennedyA skeptic vaccine, above the vaccine policy.

The output at the top of one of the largest public health organs in the world comes, as health experts vote on concern about the agency’s approach to immunizations after Kennedy has taken over.

Senator Bernie Sanders, who is the member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, said that the dismissal was “reckless” and “dangerous” and called for an investigation into the dismissal of Dr. Monres.

Daniel Gernigan, who heads the National Center for Noving and Zoon -Development Diseases, was one of those who refused to refer to the “present context in the department”.

The head of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases Demetre Daskalakis also said he was no longer able to serve “because of the ongoing public health weapons.”

There are also reports, including NBC News, that D -R Jennifer Lyden, director of the Public Health, Observation and Technology Data Service, has also resigned.

Earlier on Wednesday, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the new Covid vaccines while limiting who can get them.

Vaccines will be accessible to all adults, but the younger adults and children without basic health conditions will be excluded.

“The urgent use permits for Kovid vaccines, once used to justify the broad mandates of the general public during the Biden administration, are now canceled,” Kennedy wrote at X.

Monres is the first CDC director of 50 years to have no medical degree. Her experience is in the study of infectious diseases.

In the month, as a CDC leader, she helped the employees of the Comfort Agency after the CDC headquarters in Atlanta was attacked by a weapon who believed it was injured by Covid vaccines.

The attack in which hundreds of bullets hit the building killed a police officer.

Earlier this month, current and former agency officials wrote an open letter accused Kennedy of feeding violence against health workers with their anti-Vaxin rhetoric.

The departure of Dr Monres comes about a week after an union representing CDC officials has announced that about 600 CDC employees have been fired.

Wide cuts included employees working on the government’s reaction to infectious diseases, including bird flu, as well as those who examine the environmental hazards and the processing of public records.
