El Salvador suggested that he take “dangerous criminals” in US prisons – including those with US citizenship, says US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

After meeting the President Naib bouquet on a visit to the Central American country, Rubio said the United States was “deeply grateful”, adding that “no country has ever made a friendship proposal like this.”

El Salvador will also accept migrants of any nationality who are also criminals in the USA illegally, the Secretary of State said.

Rubio praised a bouquet for his abuse policies with bands that drastically reduced the percentage of crime in El Salvador – once the capital of the murder of the world – but were criticized by human rights groups.

Rubio told reporters: “He offered to place dangerous American criminals in our country in our country, including those with US citizenship and a legal residence.”

“We are deeply grateful. I was talking to President Trump about this early today,” he said.

Rubio is on his first tour abroad as a top diplomat in the United States and seeks to defend the Trump administration in the region, including Requireing Panama to make “immediate changes” to what he calls China’s “influence and control” over the Panama Canal.

Rubio said the bouquet is ready to take back citizens from El Salvador, as well as migrants from other countries, and seems to suggest that the focus will be on Latin America band members – like MS -13 or Tren de Aragua.

After his return to the White House, President Donald Trump focused on speeding up the removal of illegal migrants, With the promise of “mass deportations”.

More active on-call troops have been sent to the allied moves to strengthen the US and Mexico border and the president seeks to stop the processing of migrants and asylum seekers through an enforcement order.

Bouke has suggested that his reporters that his prison proposal went further than the 2019 agreement to accept migrants.

And in an X publication, he said he had offered the United States the opportunity to “award part of his prison system.”

“We are ready to take on convicted criminals (including convicted US citizens) in our mega-prison … in exchange for a fee.”

Bouke, a former mayor of the capital, San Salvador, first won power in 2019 on a promise to create a “new era” for El Salvador, to take on the violence and corruption of the band and to encourage better relations with the United States.

He saw that his popularity rises after the crime and bands had begun, turning Salvador from the capital of the world’s killings into one of the most secure countries in the region.

His government made extensive arrests of anyone suspected of participating in the gang during his first term.

Approximately 75,000 people have been arrested in emergency measures that have been repeatedly expanded, alarming groups for human rights.

Amnesty International criticizes “the gradual replacement of the violence of state violence gangs” in the country.
