Elon Kasturi has opened a new front in his ongoing dispute with big technology. This time he noticed Apple.
On Monday night, Tesla and SpaceX CEO alleged that the iPhone maker had violated disbelief, claiming that its App Store policies were an inconvenience compared to rivals, especially in the Openai’s Chattbipt compared to its AI Chatbot Grock by ZAI. Kasturi has not described the legal strategy in detail or confirms whether a case is already underway. However, his public attack started before dusk, as if he was making a case before jury.
“Hey @Apple App Store, why are you refusing to put 𝕏 in your ‘category’ section or Grock when 𝕏 1 News app and Grock all the applications #5 in the world?” He wrote in another post. “Are you playing politics? What does it give? The search for the exploratory mind wants to know.”

Kasturi, who co-founded the Openai in the 21st, but left the company after a fall three years later, has become one of the most critical critics of him. His AI company Jai, launched Grock in late 2023, branding it as a “indifferent” alternative to mainstream chatbots. Grock is directly integrated in X, the musk of the social platform acquired in 2022.
The spot with Apple lists the growing list of musk AI-related battles, cases, people’s conflict with ex-allies and frequently claim that the contestants are politically biased.
A new disbeliever battlefield
