Four killed in Kyiv at a new Russian air attack

At least four people were killed in an attack on rockets and drones overnight against the capital of Ukraine Kiev, says Interior Minister.

“A whole section of a high-power residential building has been destroyed” in the worst affected area of ​​Shevchenkievski, he says, adding that some people are trapped under the ruins.

A woman was killed in the area of ​​Kiev and two other people were injured in a Russian air attack, says regional leader Mikola Kalashnik.

The Russian military has not commented on the issue.

The DSNS Emergency Service says 13 people – including two children and a pregnant woman – were injured in Kiev.

He has published footage showing that shocked residents are removed from a destroyed building with a tall building that is still burning.

A number of flames are reported throughout the capital.

The entrance of one of the underground metro stations in the city was damaged in the Russian attack, local employees say.

Many Kiev residents spent the night shelter in such stations.

In recent weeks, Russia has been making massive air attacks against Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
