The 59 -year -old Peter Fishek was among those arrested in the morning attacks in seven states on Tuesday, involving about 800 security officers.
The government has banned their group, Reichsburger, or Reich citizens, which seeks to create Königrei Deutscheland, or “Kingdom of Germany.”
Alexander Dobrind, the German Interior Minister, accused the group of trying to “undermine the rule of law” by creating an alternative condition and spreading “anti -Semitic stories of conspiracy to support its alleged power claim.”
His ministry announced the termination of the group and accused him of financing through “economic criminal structures”.
Fishek, a former chef and karate instructor, calls himself a “king” and identifies himself to the judges as “Peter the First” in a previous lawsuit.
He himself was crowned in 2012 as he dressed in Hermine clothes and smeared a medieval sword. Since then, he has been buying land and property in Germany.
Reichsbürgers have their own currency, flag and identity cards and want to create separate banking and health systems.
Fishek claims that there are thousands of followers – or “objects”.
In an interview with the BBC in 2022, he denied having some violent intentions, but also described the German state as “destructive and sick”.
“I have no interest in being part of this fascist and satanic system,” he told Jenna Hill on the BBC when she visited his “kingdom” in East GermanyS
Fishek has repeatedly encountered the authorities and refuses to comply with German laws, often in what he seems to be in the search for publicity.

But as the far right has grown politically in Germany over the last decade, employees are now considering them as a serious threat.
The Karlsruhe Federal Prosecutor’s Office said Fisek was arrested along with three other suspects of the group, which she classified as a criminal organization.
As “the so -called supreme sovereign”, Fishek had “control and decision -making in all key areas,” the office said.
“” The Kingdom of Germany “is considered a sovereign state within the meaning of international law and seeks to expand its stated” national territory “to the boundaries of the German Empire of 1871,” a statement added.
