French actor Gerard Depardo has been ordered to be a judgment in rape and sexual assault in 2018.

His prosecutor, actor Charlotte Arnold, said he was relieved that the case was in court, seven years after he filed a complaint.

The 76 -year -old Depardieu denied the allegations, insisting that his relationship with Arnell was consensual.

He was sentenced in May for sexual assault on two members of the film production crew four years ago – and placed on a list of sexual criminals, but not closed. He had denied their accusations.

“Seven years later, seven years of horror and hell … I think I have problems aware of how huge this is. I am relieved,” Arnels wrote in a social media publication.

Arnal’s lawyer, Karin Durio Dibalt, confirmed that Depardius was convicted to be a court for the alleged attack and rape by digital penetration of Arnell, twice into his home in Paris in August 2018.

“My client and I are relieved and confident. It’s a form of judicial truth about Charlotte as she expects the criminal process,” she said.

The date of the process has not yet been determined.

In a letter published in Le Figaro in 2023, Depardieu denied allegations by writing, “I never, never, have I abused a woman.”

“There has never been coercion, violence or protest between us,” he said, referring to Arnol.

Initially, the case was dismissed for insufficient evidence, but after the Arn filed a complaint as a civil party, a court investigation was opened in the summer of 2020.
