Helicopter crash on the Hudson River leaves six dead

A helicopter crashed into the Hudson River in New York on Thursday afternoon, killing all six people on board.

A witness said he saw the plane “continue to rotate in the air” before falling into the river.

New York Mayor Eric Adams has confirmed that all persons in the flight, including five family members visiting Spain and the pilot, have died.
