Iranian Ayatola Ali Hamenei’s supreme leader made his first public appearance since the beginning of Iran’s conflict with Israel, according to the state media.
State television shots showed him that they greet the worshipers at a mosque on Saturday during a ceremony the day before the Ashura Shiite Festival.
Hamenei’s last appearance was at a recorded address during the conflict with Israel, which began on June 13 and during which top Iranian commanders and nuclear scientists were killed.
