A total of 110 Palestinians from Israeli prisons were later released, including 32 with lifetime sentences and 30 minors.
Israel delayed their release in response to the way hostages were treated as they were betrayed.
Thursday editions mean that 15 hostages were released as the truce came into force on January 19th. Eighty -two are still being held.

In the uncertainty of the cessation of the fire, the release of prisoners was stopped by Israel until he received assurances that the scenes that accompany the hostage’s release in Khan Einnis would not be repeated.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the “shocking scenes” are “additional proof of the unthinkable brutality of the Hamas terrorist organization.”
Later, the Prime Minister’s office stated that he had received from the mediators “commitment that the safe outcome will be guaranteed for our hostages”, which has not yet been released.
The deposition was the most rink that struck the delicate and complex reciprocal steps that Israel and Hamas committed to the conditions of cessation of fire.
