New footage shared on social media shows that Israeli’s end minister Itar Ben Guir, mocking the most famous Palestinian prisoner, Marvan Barguti in his cell.
Palestinian power condemned the video. His deputy chairman, Hussein Al Sheikh, described him as “the embodiment of psychological, moral and physical terrorism.”
Thehe 13-second video is the first time Barghouti has been publicly seen for years. It appears at age and penetrates.
The Minister of National Security of Israel, Ben Guir, tells him: “You will not win. The one who confuses himself with the people of Israel, the one who will kill our children who will kill our women, we will delete it.”
While Barghouti tries to intervene, Ben Guir adds, “You need to know this throughout the story.”
Marvan Bargutti66, was closed by Israel more than 20 years ago after being convicted of planning attacks that led to the murder of five civilians. He serves five life sentences plus 40 years.
Public opinion polls consistently indicate that he remains the most popular Palestinian leader and that the Palestinians will vote for him in the presidential election before the current Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas or Hamas leaders.
He remains a supreme figure in the Fatah faction, which dominates the Palestinian power (PA). It was directed by Israel because of its leading role in the second Palestinian Intifada or 2000-05 uprising.
Initially, the video appeared in Ben Guir’s reporters on Thursday, but is now redirected to his X account.
The minister says that when he reads how “any” senior officials “at the BCP do not like what he said, he will” repeat again and again without apologizing. “
Palestinian prisoners’ rights organizations say Bargutti was lonely after the deadly attacks led by Hamas against Israel on October 7, 2023. Last year, they accused the guards of “brutally attacked” in his cell, which the Israeli prison service denied.
In response to the new video, the leader of the Palestinian Prisoners Club Abdulla al-Zagari accused Israel of seeking to “remove and kill him leaders who are in prison.”
Barghouti is one of the prisoners whose release is thought to have sought as part of a deal to exchange for the other hostages he possesses. However, it is believed very unlikely that Israel will release him.
In the video, as Ben Guir says, Barguti – who owns Hebrew – can be seen nodding and trying to break through, but the short clip ends before he does it.
His wife, Faduva, recommended to her husband’s followers that only one is still used by the video she believes shows his power.
The Palestinians are widely seen by Barduti as a leader who could best unite various political factions and negotiate peace with Israel.
