An employment tribunal suit Kuda technologiesOne of the fastest growing digital banks in Africa under investigation on workplace discrimination, harassment and incorrect dismissal. Former Group Chief People Officer (CPO) Rosemary Hewat filed a complaint with the company and its CEO, Babatunde Ogundai on charges of sexual discrimination, torture and unfairly dismissing.
