Watch fully: the remarkable exchange between Zelenski, Vance and Trump

Most Republicans supported US President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance after their public order in the Oval Cabinet with Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski.

Senator Lindsay Graham suggested that Zelenski should resign, adding that disputes on Friday had prevented the US’s future military support for Kiev, but another Republican senator accused Trump of “hugging Putin.”

Zelenski was asked to leave the White House without signing a deal with the United States, which would jointly develop the valuable minerals of Ukraine.

On Saturday, Zelenski enjoyed a much more hot admission than the United Kingdom Prime Minister Kyar Starmer in Downing Street, the day before meeting King Charles.

The Ukrainian leader also made a request on Saturday in the United States to “stand harder with Kiev, adding that he was ready to sign the deal of the minerals with Trump, but wished for certain security guarantees.

Trump suggested that Ukraine must give way to Russia to end its invasion and discovered peace talks between Washington and Moscow.

The US president also warned Russia that he would impose high tariffs and more sanctions if President Vladimir Putin fails to end the ridiculous war.

Before leaving for Florida after the collision of the oval office with Zelenski, Trump told reporters that the Ukrainian leader had “overplayed his hand”.

“Either we will end him, or let him fight him. If he is fighting him, it won’t be nice,” Trump said. “Because without us he does not win.”

National Security Advisor Mike Walz, who was in the oval office during the meeting, told Breitbart News on Saturday that Zelenski is too focused on checking the facts and comparing the Ukrainian leader with a “ex -girlfriend”.

“It’s like an ex -girlfriend who wants to argue everything you said nine years ago instead of moving the relationship forward,” Valtz said.

While the Democrats said they were horrified by the reflection with a US ally, the bigger part of the Republicans in Washington supported Trump.

“What I saw in the oval office was disrespectful and I don’t know if we can ever do a Zelenski business again,” said Senator Graham, a long -time Ukrainian aid and a hawk of foreign policy as he left the White House on Friday.

“The question for me is:” Has he redeemed in the eyes of Americans? “Most Americans who witnessed what they saw today would not want Zelenski to be their business partner, including myself, and I’ve been in Ukraine nine times since the beginning of the war.”

Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville publishes on X on Saturday: “The best thing President Trump has done so far is the kick that Ukrainian weasel from Wh.”

The Tennessee Senator Bill Hagerti has published on the X: “The United States will no longer be accepted for granted.”

But other Republican members of the Congress were not so enthusiastic.

Alaska Senator Lisa Murkovski, a moderate Republican who is something like a political thorn in Trump’s country published on X on Saturday: “I am sick in my stomach because it seems that the administration is moving away from our allies and hugging Putin.”

Republican representative Mike Lowler of New York called the meeting “Passed opportunity for both the United States and for Ukraine.”

His fellow reporter Don Bacon from Nebraska said it was “a bad day for America’s foreign policy”.

“Ukraine wants independence, free markets and the rule of law. It wants to be part of the West. Russia hates us and our Western values. We must be aware that we are freedom,” he says in a statement.

Neither the Republican directly criticizes Trump nor the Vance, who first scolded Zelenski during the meeting.

Meanwhile, Democrats admired the White House.

“Trump and Vance do Putin’s dirty work,” said Senate’s minority leader Chuck Sumer.

Senator Chris Coons said Zelenski deserves better.

“We owe him our thanks for taking a nation that is fighting on the front lines of democracy – not the public he received in the White House,” he published at X.
