BbcIman Al Nuri’s youngest son, the two-year-old Sira, woke up and cried out of hunger on Thursday and wanted to receive some nutritional supplements.
The 14-year-old Cousin of Siraj, alone, agreed to take him two of his older brothers, nine and Amir, five-in the Altayara Health Clinic in Deir Al-Bala, Central Gaza.
“(The medical) point was still closed, so they were sitting on the sidewalk when we suddenly heard the sound of the strike,” Iman told a local journalist working for the BBC.
“I went to (my husband) and said,” Your children, Hatim! They went there. “

Iman, a 32-year-old mother at the age of five, rushed to the scene after he heard the impact, only to find her sons and niece lying on a donkey stroller that was used to transport victims to the hospital as there were no ambulances.
Amir and themselves were among the dead, while Omar and Sirai were seriously injured.
“Omar was still advised. They tried to revive him,” Iman recalls. “Omar needed blood and it took them an hour to get it. They gave it to him, but it was in vain.”
“Why are they going? Why? What did they do wrong?” she asked.
“They had dreams like all the other children in the world. If you gave them a small toy, they would be so happy. They were just children.”
Family distributionIman said Sira’s head bleeding and he lost his eye – an image she can’t get out of her head now.
“He had fractures in his skull and … according to the doctor, not just bleeding, but also (a major bleeding) of his brain,” she added. “How long can it stay like that by living on oxygen? Two have already disappeared. If only it could help me stay a little longer.”
It is tragic that doctors said they were unable to treat Sira.
“As of yesterday at 07:00 until now he is in the same condition. He is still breathing, his chest is rising and falling, he is still a breath in him. Save him!” She pleads.
Family distributionA US -based Aid Hope -based help group, who runs the Altaira’s clinic, told the BBC that the strike had happened around 07:15.
Women and children waited outside before opening at 09:00 to be the first to be on the dining line and other health services, said Dr. Mitkal Abutaha.
CCTV footage of the Israeli air strike shows that two men are walking down the street, just meters from a group of women and children. Moments later there is an explosion to the men and the air is filled with dust and smoke.
In a graphical video showing the consequences of the attack, many dead and seriously injured children and adults are seen lying on the ground.
“Please take my daughter an ambulance,” a woman calls as she is prone to a young girl. But it was too late for many to help. “
Dr. Abutaha said 16 people were killed, including 10 children and three women.
The Israeli military said it was aimed at “Hamas Terrorist” and that he regretted any harm of what he calls “unclosed individuals”, adding that the incident is in the process of reviewing.
Project Hope said the strike was “a gross violation of international humanitarian law and a great reminder that no place is safe in gas.”
D -r abuthah said it was “unbearable” when he realized that people were killed, “where () are looking for their fundamental humanitarian and human rights.”
He questioned the Israeli military statement about the strike, including his regret, saying that “he could not return these patients, these beneficiaries alive.”
He also said that the clinic was unrecognized, “a” de -conflicted humanitarian facility “and that hostilities should not have been carried out nearby.
Anadolu by Getty ImagesIan said her children went to the clinic every two or three days to get nutritional supplements because she and Hatim were not able to give them enough food.
“Their father risks his life just to bring them flour. When he goes to Nesimr (the military corridor north of Deir al -Balah), my heart breaks. He goes there to bring food or flour.”
“Does anyone have anything? There is no food. What else would make a child scream if he didn’t want something?”
Israel imposed a common blockade of supplies for Gaza in Gaza in early March and resumed his military offensive against Hamas two weeks later, collapsing with the end of the fire to two months. It says he wants to put pressure on the Palestinian armed group to release the Israeli hostages.
Although the blockade was partially relieved at the end of May, against the backdrop of warnings about hunger by world experts, there is still severe food shortages as well as medicines and fuel.
The UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) says there are thousands of malnourished children in the territory, with more cases being found every day.
Dr. Abutaha said that Project Hope also noticed an alarming increase in malnutrition among adults they did not observe before in gas.
In addition to allowing some UN help trucks, Israel and the United States have helped to create a new aid system managed by the Humanitarian Gaza Foundation (GHF), saying they want to prevent Hamas from stealing help. But since then there are almost daily reports that people are killed by Israeli fire while looking for food.
The UN Human Rights Service said on Friday that it has so far registered 798 such murders, including 615 near GHF sites, which are run by private US security contractors and are located in military zones in southern and central gas. The remaining 183 murders were recorded near the UN convoys and other auxiliary convoys.
The Israeli military said they admitted that there were incidents where the civilians were hurt and that it was working to minimize “possible rubbing between the population and the (Israeli) forces as much as possible.”
GHF has accused the UN of using “fake and misleading” statistics from the Gaza Hamas Ministry of Health.

Dr. Abutah urged Israel to allow enough food, medicine and fuel to meet the basic humanitarian needs of everyone in Gaza, so “anyone can have a decent life”.
He also expressed concern that people are receiving “false hope” that Israel and Hamas may soon agree to a new transaction to end the fire.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that an agreement on a 60-day truce and the release of 28 hostages could only be days.
But on Friday night, Palestinian officials said that indirect negotiations in Qatar were on the verge of collapse due to significant gaps left on issues such as the withdrawal of Israeli troops and the rejection of Hamas from the Israeli plan to move the entire Gaza population to a Rafa camp.
“Every day they talk about ceasing the fire, but where is it?” said Iman.
“They killed us through hunger, by shooting, through bombs, through air strikes. We died in every way possible.”
“It’s better to go to God than to stay with one of them. Let God give me patience.”
