Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu introduced US President Donald Trump with a Golden Pager while visiting Washington.
The Netanyahu service said the pager represents a “turning point in the war” when Israel performed a deadly operation against Hezbollah in September 2024.
In the operation, Israel is aimed at the pager used by members of the Iran -backed militant group, which causes them to explode.
Dozens of people were killed and thousands of injured in the attacks. Israel said it was adapted to be directed only to Hezbollah members, but civilians are among the victims, Lebanese officials said.
