Organizations need to be parted with state, local, tribes or regional governments to apply to programs. The FAA has said that it will approve at least five projects that can last up to three years, the short-range air-taxi, long-range steady wing flight, cargo hulling, logistics and emergency or treatment for treatment and “increase automation protection” on covering.
FAA is looking for applicants who can provide successful results by working with different entities, which are compatible with the people who expect the aircraft industry to be consistent with higher protection standards, which are in collaboration with different entities, ” Official request papersThe
“These projects, once successful, are expected that AAM has learned enough data and lessons to notify the broad regulatory structure that will support and supervise AAM [advanced air mobility] The sector, “the company wrote.
So far on Friday, Jobi Aviation and Archer Aviation have announced that they are planning to apply for the pilot program. No organization said they were planning to apply with an government entity, though Archer mentioned that it would work with the existing partner (and investor) United Airlines.
