Nvidia says it plans to manufacture some AI chips in the U.S.

Nvidia Said it was commissioned AII chips in Arizona and Texas as part of an attempt to remove a portion of production in the United States to make and test more than one million square feet of production space

Chipmeaker says that Nvidia Blackwell Chips Phoenix, Arizona has begun to produce “super computer” producing plants in Texas with Wistron in Foxcon and Dallas in Nvidia Houston. In Arizona, Nvidia is partnersing with Amco and SPIL for packaging and examination activities, the company has added.

Nvidia says mass production at Arizona and Texas Plant is expected to increase in the next 12-15 months. In the next four years, the company’s aim to produce half trillion AI infrastructure in the United States

“The world’s AI infrastructure engines are being built in the United States for the first time,” said Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. “Adding American production to our AI chips and super computers to better meet the incredible and growing demand, strengthen our supply chains and enhances our elasticity.”
