The Supreme Court of Israel has ruled that the state has failed to provide adequate food to Palestinian prisoners and must take steps to improve its diet.

Bench with three judges said on Sunday that the government was legally obliged to provide prisoners with sufficient nutrition to guarantee a “basic level of existence”.

Thousands of Palestinians have been held in Israeli prisons for years, including over allegations of terror – and thousands have been detained since the beginning of the Gaza war in October 2023.

Fire termination conversations are stagnant, but on Sunday night US President Donald Trump has released Hamas’s “last warning” by urging them to accept a deal to release Israeli hostage from Gaza.

At a publication about Truth Social, he said Israel accepted his terms and “it’s time to accept them.”

The president wrote that “This is my last warning, there will be no one else!”

Hamas replied in a statement and said he was ready to “sit on a negotiation table” immediately, following “some ideas from the US side aimed at reaching an agreement to end the fire.”

Trump also told reporters that there would be a “gas deal” very soon and he believes that all hostages will be returned, dead or alive.

Of the 48 hostages still in the gas, it is believed that 20, as 20, are thought to be alive.

Israel has not yet officially responded to a deal that will see the release of some hostages, but before that requested the return of all hostages to each agreement.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insists that a complete victory over Hamas will return the hostages home.

The increase in pressure on Netanyahu in Israel, where thousands took to the streets on Saturday to call for the end of the Gaza War and to summon the Prime Minister to agree to a deal to release the other hostages.

Despite international calls, Israel to stop its offensive in Gaza, Netanyahu said IDF would strengthen operations in and around Gaza.

Gaza health official reports said at least 87 people had been killed in the last 24 hours.

Israel also declined to provide access to the International Red Cross (ICRC) Committee to the Palestinian detainees after the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, which killed about 1,200 people.

Israel has launched a large -scale revenge campaign for the destruction of Hamas, which led to the death of at least 64 368 Palestinians, according to figures of the Ministry of Health, run by Hamas. The UN examines the numbers reliable, although Israel disputes them.

The human rights groups in Israel have long criticized the prison conditions and last year brought a petition that claims that the changed food policy causes prisoners to suffer from malnutrition and hunger.

The Israeli Civil Rights Association (ACRI), which was one of the groups that brought the petition published on the X after the sentence, urging it to be applied immediately.

Palestinian detainees released back in gas He had previously told the BBC They were abused and torture in the hands of Israeli military and prison officers.

Israeli Security Minister Itamar Ben Guir threw himself on the decision on Sunday of “X”, wrote that the Israeli hostages in Gaza do not have a Supreme Court to protect them and he would continue to apply the “minimum conditions required by the law” of “closed terrorists”.

As Israel has intensified its attack on the weekend, Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) struck another high -rise building in Gaza on Sunday – the third, which will be destroyed for three days – claiming that the building is used by Hamas. This was denied by the Palestinian Interior Ministry.

The Al-Roya building was struck by an air raid on Sunday, the third multi-storey building in Gaza, which was directed by the Israeli military for so many days.

The Tower of Susy was destroyed on Saturday and the tower was flying on Friday.

The evacuation warnings were issued to the residents of the building and those in the surrounding tents before the strike.

A spokesman for IDF said the Al-Roya building housed Hamas intelligence collection equipment and numerous explosive devices “near the building” were installed by Hamas.

The Palestinian Ministry of the Interior denied allegations and said that “false and unfounded” charges were used to justify what it calls “Crimes against Israel’s civilians”.
